Gives you both power and precision - boiling water 50% faster than gas while offering the precision and responsiveness of induction cooking.

The Temperature Probe monitors and alerts when the desired finished cooking temperature has been reached.

Get the benefits of sous vide cooking, right in your oven. Air Sous Vide uses precisely controlled temperature and airflow to lock in flavor and moisture.
