Each Platinum Series range comes standard with all burners but includes the revolutionary cast-iron Interchangeable Griddle and Charbroiler system. Enjoy the ultimate in flexibility: remove 2 burners and place the griddle or charbroiler anywhere on the range, interchange the two components based on the day’s menu, and enjoy dual zone cooking with up to 40,000 BTUs of heat on four unique cooking surfaces.

Available only on the Platinum Series, the revolutionary PowR Oven technology allows for 40% faster preheating and a 30% increase in oven efficiency. Burner Configurations: Platinum Series range burners can be tailored to suit your own cooking preferences. For example, move the simmer burner from back to front or to the right. On some models, choose to add additional 25,000 BTU burners for additional power. The possibilities are endless!

Range Colors: Select from 750+ colors plus textured finishes to turn up the heat on discerning kitchen design. Or, send us a sample of your favorite color and we will create a custom color for a look that is uniquely your own.

Knob Colors: All Platinum ranges come standard with premium brushed stainless knobs. Or, add a pop of color to your kitchen with colored knobs. Choose from 190 color options or even design a custom colored.
